1.1 This Agreement is entered into by and between users and Qingxun. Qingxun will provide products and/or services in strict accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement constitute a prerequisite for users to use the products and/or services provided by Qingxun and their derivative services. Users should carefully read and fully understand this Agreement before using the products and/or services provided by Qingxun. The user's behavior of using the products and/or services provided by Qingxun (including downloading, installing, starting, browsing, registering, logging in, using, etc.) indicates that the user agrees to all the terms of this Agreement; if the user is unwilling to accept any of the terms of this Agreement, the user shall not use or immediately stop using the products and/or services provided by Qingxun. The relevant operation tips, usage help, or rules and processes displayed to users by Qingxun in other ways on the Qingxun platform constitute part of the relevant rules for users to use Qingxun products and/or services, and have the same effect as this Agreement.

1.2 After the user accepts this Agreement, this Agreement may be modified due to changes in national policies, products and/or services, and the environment for performing this Agreement. The modified Agreement will be published in the appropriate location on the Qingxun platform. "If the user continues to use the product and/or service provided by Qingxun after the update of this Agreement, it means that the user has carefully read, fully understood, and accepted the updated Agreement.".

1.3 The term "user" as used in this Agreement includes both registered and unregistered users. Any user who has not registered for a Qingxun product and/or service will automatically become a "non-registered user"of Qingxun when downloading or installing the Qingxun product and/or using the Qingxun service, and must comply with all other terms except for the user registration terms of this Agreement.

1.4 If users have any doubts or questions during the reading of this Agreement, they may give feedback through multiple channels provided by Qingxun. Please refer to the "Contact Information" for details. Qingxun will reply to users as soon as possible.

2.1 Products and/or services provided by Qingxun to users include but are not limited to: translatego.net and any other websites directly owned or operated by Qingxun;
2.1.1 Client terminals directly owned or operated by Qingxun include but are not limited to PCs, tablets, mobile phones, and Transbang;
2.1.2 User level services (also known as "hierarchy") of the Qingxun platform
2.1.3 The virtual currency service of the Qingxun platform is the number of pages.
2.1.4 Other products and/or services provided by Qingxun.

2.2 This Agreement is applicable to all products and/or services of Qingxun, including but not limited to software, websites, and services (including off-site services).

2.3 The Qingxun products and/or services are only limited to users' use on the Qingxun platform. Any act of separating the Qingxun products and/or services from the Qingxun platform by illegal means such as malicious cracking violate the terms of using the Qingxun products and services agreed in this Agreement. The actor shall be responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and Qingxun will investigate the legal responsibility of the actor according to law.

2.4 Any act of obtaining Qingxun products and services (including but not limited to account, number of pages, document download, and other services) by a user through any channels, means, and methods not legally authorized by Qingxun is illegal. Qingxun will not recognize their effectiveness, and upon discovery, Qingxun has the right to immediately delete and clear the number of pages, and permanently disable the account, and any resulting consequences shall be borne by the user.

2.5 The proceeds obtained by a user from selling Qingxun products and services (including but not limited to account, number of pages, document download, and other services) through channels such as Taobao, Goofish, means, and methods without the legal authorization of Qingxun are illegal gains. Qingxun will not recognize their effectiveness, and upon discovery, Qingxun has the right to immediately delete and clear the number of pages, and permanently disable the account, and any resulting consequences shall be borne by the user. Qingxun will reserve the right to take legal measures to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests.

2.6 Qingxun has the right to inform (including but not limited to pop-up notifications and message notifications) to users in advance of modifying, replacing, and upgrading any products and/or services provided by Qingxun and/or any software related to the above products and/or services. If users do not agree to the relevant modification, replacement, or upgrade, users shall directly reject, stop, or cancel the use. Otherwise, it will be deemed that users agree to the modification, replacement, or upgrade of any product and/or service provided by Qingxun and/or the above related software.

3.1 Based on the user's account security, provision of services, or assistance in protecting the corresponding rights and interests of users, Qingxun collects user data such as the user's name, email address, shipping address, company name, tax number, and original text for translation only when users register and use related services. In addition, Qingxun does not collect any user data. The user agrees with Qingxun to collect data based on the above purpose and scope.

3.2 Users agree to receive the service and business information sent by Qingxun to the user's registered email address and mailing address on the platform. If users no longer need this information, they can notify Qingxun to cancel sending.

3.3 Qingxun protects the collected user data related to the user's personal privacy, user account information, the original text used by the user for translation, and the generated translation results. Such user information will not be disclosed or provided to any third party, except for the following circumstances:
3.3.1 Users agree to share with a third party;
3.3.2 Users agree to disclose their personal data to enjoy the products and services provided to them;
3.3.3 Disclosure to any third party in accordance with laws and regulations or as required by administrative authorities or judicial authorities, or other legally prescribed third parties;
3.3.4 If a user files a claim to any third party as required by administrative authorities or judicial authorities or other legally prescribed third parties for personal reasons, the third party will understand the relevant content from Qingxun, who will disclose their personal data to the third party;
3.3.5 User data is provided to a third party unrelated to the transaction for the purpose of delivering goods or other needs for the benefit of users, such as mailing invoices.

4.1 Users shall comply with the following laws and regulations during use:
4.1.1 Law of the People's Republic of China on Keeping Confidentiality of State Secrets
4.1.2 Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China
4.1.3 Regulations of the People's Republic of China for Security Protection of Computer Information Systems
4.1.4 Regulations on Computer Software Protection
4.1.5 Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information
4.1.6 Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China
4.1.7 Other laws and regulations related to computer and Internet.

4.2 Users must provide complete, true, valid, accurate, legal, and up-to-date personal data to Qingxun when applying for registration to use Qingxun products and/or services. If the above information changes, the user should promptly make changes and ensure that the above information is true to the user himself.

4.3 The user promises not to engage in the following behaviors during the registration and use of Qingxun account:
4.3.1 Intentionally using someone else's identity or using someone else's email address to register for a Qingxun account;
4.3.2 Obtaining Qingxun account information not through Qingxun official channels (including but not limited to malicious use or destruction of accounts registered through the Qingxun registration system);
4.3.3 Stealing and using others' Qingxun accounts and number of pages;
4.3.4 The account name, avatar, and other registration information submitted by users must not contain illegal or harmful information;
4.3.5 Malicious registration of Qingxun accounts by any means (including but not limited to malicious registration using invalid mobile phone number) or using Qingxun accounts for illegal activities, deceiving other users, and other violations of this Agreement;
4.3.6 Other contents that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
4.3.7 Do not transfer, lend, lease, sell, or share the Qingxun account to others for commercial use.

In view of the above behaviors, Qingxun has the right to unilaterally take measures such as temporarily disabling account, permanent disabling account, and account cancellation without notice. Any losses caused thereby shall be borne by the user. At the same time, Qingxun has the right to report the above behaviors to the competent department for handling.

4.4 In order to ensure the security of a user account, Qingxun may regularly or irregularly use different methods to verify the user's identity, including but not limited to requiring the input of a verification code. If a user is unable to complete the verification or refuses to verify, Qingxun may reasonably suspect that the user's account is abnormal or stolen, and suspend the provision of products and/or services to the user and/or take further measures.

4.5 If the user account information is lost due to reasons not caused by Qingxun, the user shall bear the risks and losses arising therefrom.

4.6 The user understands and agrees that due to broadband issues and network conditions, Qingxun may encounter situations that require a long wait (including but not limited to uploading/translating documents) during the provision of products and/or services. Such situations are not Qingxun's fault, and Qingxun is not responsible for such situations to the user.

4.7 The user understands and agrees that the basic principle of the translation service provided by Qingxun is that the machine automatically learns from a large corpus and automatically generates translation results without any manual collation and editing of the translation results.

4.8 Users are prohibited from using the products and services provided by Qingxun to engage in the following activities:
4.8.1 Production, uploading, copying, transmission, and dissemination of information on objecting to the basic principles established by the Constitution, endangering national security, disclosing national secrets, subverting national power, undermining national unity, undermining national unity, harming national honor and interests, inciting national hatred and racial discrimination, undermining national religious policies, promoting cults, feudal superstitions, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide and terrorism, or abetting crimes, insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations, or other objectionable contents, including but not limited to news, data, text, photos, graphics, information, or other materials;
4.8.2 Harming minors in any way;
4.8.3 Impersonating any person or institution, or falsely claiming to be or give a false impression of some one related to any person or institution;
4.8.4 Counterfeiting titles or manipulating identification data in other methods, causing people to mistakenly believe that the content was transmitted by Qingxun;
4.8.5 Conveying the content that is not authorized (such as internal information and confidential information) by uploading, posting, emailing, etc.;
4.8.6 Conveying the content that infringes any person's patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other exclusive rights by uploading, posting, emailing, etc.;
4.8.7 Harassing others by tracking, etc.;
4.8.8 Transmitting software viruses or computer codes, files, and programs that interfere with, disrupt, or restrict the function of any computer software, hardware, or communication device by uploading, posting, emailing, etc.;
4.8.9 Transmitting software viruses or computer codes, files, and programs that interfere with, disrupt, or restrict the function of any computer software, hardware, or communication device by uploading, posting, emailing, etc.;
4.8.10 Interfering with or damaging the Qingxun service or servers and networks used for Qingxun service;
4.8.11 Intentionally or unintentionally violating any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations, and other legally effective norms;
4.8.12 Obtaining the services, content, and data of the platform by any means (including but not limited to robot software, spider software, crawler software, and any other automated programs, scripts, and software) and for any reason on their own or by entrusting others without the written permission of Qingxun;
4.8.13 Users need to ensure that their uploaded content does not violate relevant regulations, that their uploaded content shall comply with laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules, and that the uploaded content shall not contain the following content:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity;
(3) Disclosing state secrets, endangering national security, or harming national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting national hatred or discrimination, undermining national unity, or infringing upon national customs and habits;
(5) Propagandizing cults and superstitions;
(6) Disturbing social order or undermining social stability;
(7) Inducing minors to break the law and commit crimes, and exaggerating violence, pornography, gambling, and terrorist activities;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others such as citizens' personal privacy;
(9) Harming social morality and damaging the excellent cultural traditions of the nation;
(10) Other contents prohibited by relevant national laws and regulations, and administrative regulations.

If the content uploaded by a user contains any of the above information or content that violates policies, laws, and regulations, the user shall directly bear all the adverse consequences arising therefrom. If any adverse consequences are caused to Qingxun, the user shall be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating for all losses caused thereby.

4.9 Regulations on the use of recharge services:
4.9.1 "Recharge service" refers to payment behaviors such as purchasing packages of number of pages;
4.9.2 Qingxun provides different recharge services for different services and/or products, and users purchase and recharge based on their needs;
4.9.3 Before recharging and translating documents, users should carefully read the payment rules for various services of Qingxun;
4.9.4 Users understand and agree that Qingxun adopts the method of recharge before service. The recharge fee is the price of the products corresponding to the services purchased by the user (including but not limited to document translation, download, etc.), and is not transferable or refundable once the recharge is completed.
4.9.5 Users understand and agree that if the agreed recharge is inconsistent with the actual recharge due to factors such as force majeure, network reason, and manual refund, Qingxun has the right to add or deduct the corresponding number of pages on its own.

4.10 Users understand and agree that the Qingxun platform provides paid services using a page billing method. Users need to pay for the corresponding number of pages for translation, download, and other operations.

4.11 Users understand and agree that the number of pages obtained by users can be used for translation, downloading translation results, and new future billing services for Qingxun on the Qingxun platform. Qingxun does not guarantee the duration of the current free service, nor does it guarantee that the service will remain free in the future.

4.12 The billing rules for Qingxun service are subject to the rules published on the website. Qingxun has the right to modify the billing items, billing rules, and billing methods according to product and/or service requirements, and publish them on the official website. If the user does not agree to use the product and/or service in accordance with the policy on the number of pages (including but not limited to service items and prices) developed (modified) and published by Qingxun, the user will not be able to obtain some or all of the services provided by Qingxun. If the user has already used the product and/or service of Qingxun, Qingxun has the right not to refund the fees related to the product and/or service used by the user.

5.1 Users understand and agree that the information uploading and sharing platform provided by Qingxun is only used for users to upload, share, transmit, and obtain information. The platform or any content transmitted through the platform does not reflect/represent Qingxun's views or policies, and Qingxun assumes no liability for this.

5.2 Users understand and agree that, according to the content agreed in this Agreement, Qingxun has the right to determine at its own discretion whether to approve the user's behavior of information uploading and sharing, including deleting, blocking, and other operations without notifying the user, and the resulting losses shall be borne by the user.

5.3 Users understand and agree that Qingxun has no obligation to store the information uploaded and shared by the user, and the user shall make a backup of the information on its own.

6.1 Subject to the protection of Universal Copyright Convention, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, and other intellectual property laws and regulations, Qingxun products and/or services and all intellectual property rights in Qingxun products and/or services, such as software, interfaces, interactions and other elements, logos, trademarks, logos, and technologies are owned and enjoyed by Qingxun.

6.2 Users are not allowed to modify, adapt, or translate the software, technology, etc. used in the Qingxun service, or create related derivative products. They are not allowed to obtain their source code through reverse engineering, decompilation, or other similar acts, or else, the user shall be liable for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and Qingxun will investigate the legal responsibility of the user.

6.3 Users can only use the products and/or services provided by Qingxun within the scope of this Agreement and the scope authorized by Qingxun. Without the prior written permission of Qingxun, users are not allowed to transfer or sell the number of pages, technology, products/services, etc. used for Qingxun products and/or services, or create or make derivative products or derivatives related to these content for any profitable purpose. Otherwise, the user shall bear all the losses caused to Qingxun or others.

6.4 Users may need to download software owned by Qingxun during the process of using Qingxun products and/or services. Qingxun only grants users a revocable, limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license for this software. Unless expressly authorized in writing by Qingxun in advance, users may only use the software and the products and services provided by Qingxun for non commercial purposes of accessing/using the products and services.

6.5 The intellectual property owned and enjoyed by Qingxun shall not be transferred due to any user's use behavior.

7.1 Complying with the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, Qingxun has the right to make its own decision to advertise without any interference from any third party.

7.2 Qingxun reserves the right to associate or display advertisements and advertising links through relevant pages without notifying users.

7.3 Users shall be liable for any form of behaviors or disputes with advertisers through the Qingxun products and/or services.

8.1 Users understand and agree that Qingxun products and/or services are provided based on the current art and conditions available, and Qingxun does not make any express or implied commitment or warranty, including but not limited to quality, correctness, safety, etc., for the products and/or services provided.

8.2 Users understand and agree that Qingxun provides translation results in a non-manual manner, and does not make any form of guarantee for the accuracy, professionalism, and legality of the translation results, nor assumes any legal liability.

8.3 Users understand and agree that Qingxun does not guarantee that the content entered by users will be able to output the translation results.

8.4 Users understand and agree that Qingxun only uses machine algorithms to automatically produce translation results based on the content entered by users, but this does not represent Qingxun's agreement with the content, standpoint, and viewpoint of the input content and translation results.

8.5 Users understand and agree that Qingxun only provides machine translation results based on the content input by users. Qingxun shall not bear any legal liability for any infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of any third party due to the content input by users or automatically generated translation results, or for any actual losses caused to any third party, or for any disputes with any third party.

8.6 Qingxun respects and protects the user's personal privacy.

8.7 Users understand and agree that for a server or network failure that affects the normal operation of the Qingxun platform, Qingxun promises to promptly handle and repair. However, Qingxun will not be liable for any disputes and losses caused to users arising therefrom, nor will it bear any legal liability.

8.8 In order to improve the user experience, ensure the safety of products and services, and ensure the consistency of product functions, Qingxun may update the software. Users shall update the software to the latest version, otherwise, Qingxun does not guarantee its normal use.

8.9 Qingxun does not guarantee or assume compensation liability for the following matters (including but not limited to):
8.9.1 Although the website, client, and other software provided by Qingxun have passed tests, due to the limitations of the technology, Qingxun cannot guarantee full compatibility with other software, hardware, and systems.
8.9.2 The use of Qingxun services involves Internet services, which may be affected by unstable factors in various links. Due to force majeure, hacker attacks, network outages, shutdown by users, and other reasons, the Qingxun product and/or service may be interrupted or unable to meet user requirements. Qingxun does not guarantee that the products and/or services meet the user's use requirements;
8.9.3 Due to the fact that the client software provided by Qingxun can be downloaded and disseminated through the network, Qingxun cannot guarantee whether the relevant software downloaded and obtained from sites not specified by Qingxun is infected with computer viruses, whether there are disguised Trojan programs or other hacker software, and Qingxun shall not bear any legal liability for direct or indirect caused thereby to users;
8.9.4 Qingxun does not make any warranty related to the safety, reliability, timeliness, and performance of Qingxun products and/or services;
8.9.5 Qingxun does not guarantee that any products, services, or other materials it provides meet user expectations.

8.10 Qingxun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, derivative or punitive damages for profits, business reputation, data losses, or other tangible or intangible losses caused by the following reasons:
8.10.1 Qingxun products and/or services can be used or cannot be used;
8.10.2 Any products, materials, or services purchased or obtained through Qingxun products and/or services;
8.10.3 Unauthorized use or modification of user data;
8.10.4 Other matters related to Qingxun products and/or services.

8.11 Users should properly keep their account and password, enhance password security, and carefully prevent their account from being disclosed or stolen. Qingxun shall not be liable for any losses caused by the disclosure or stealing of the user account.

8.12 If a user's account or property in the account is lost or reduced due to lack of identity authentication or untrue authentication information, and cannot be retrieved, Qingxun will not bear any legal liability.

8.13 Users understand and agree that Qingxun has the right to modify or interrupt, suspend, or terminate the product and/or service at any time without notifying users, nor is it responsible to users or any third party, or assume any liability for compensation, for the needs of the overall operation, or business changes, adjustments, and technical changes at its own discretion, unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreed by both parties.

8.14 Qingxun shall only bear the direct liability agreed in this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement, in any event, the total amount assumed by Qingxun for compensation under this Agreement shall not exceed the total service fee charged by Qingxun for providing products and/or services to users.

8.15 Qingxun shall not be liable for special, indirect, punitive, sudden, or consequential damages or any other damages (including but not limited to loss of profits and loss of information) caused by any reason.

9.1 Qingxun has the right to temporarily or permanently change or terminate Qingxun products and/or services (or any part thereof) based on the company's business development, regardless of whether the user is notified. Qingxun shall not be liable for breach of contract to the user or any third party for any change or termination of the products and/or services.

9.2 In addition to the circumstances described in Article 9.1, Qingxun has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to users in the following circumstances:
9.2.1 Users actively request;
9.2.2 Users have the behavior that violates national laws, regulations or regulatory policies, or violates this Agreement, or is detrimental to the reputation and interests of Qingxun, or users are believed to have the above-mentioned behaviors after independent judgment by Qingxun;
9.2.3 According to laws, regulations, regulatory policies, or requirements of competent authorities;
9.2.4 Requirements of Qingxun for emergency situations such as maintaining account and system security;
9.2.5 The impact of force majeure;
9.2.6 Other circumstances irresistible to Qingxun.

9.3 In event of the termination of services described in Article 9.2, both users and Qingxun agree on the following processing methods:
9.3.1 The rights and interests generated but not used under the user's account are automatically cleared and not converted into cash;
9.3.2 If users have an ongoing transaction on the Qingxun platform, this situation will be handled as appropriate;
9.3.3 Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations or stated by Qingxun, the relevant fees collected will not be refunded;
9.3.4 If the termination of services is caused by the user's breach of this Agreement, Qingxun has the right to require the user to bear corresponding liability for breach of contract as appropriate;
9.3.5 Unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations or stated by Qingxun, Qingxun does not bear any liability to users and third parties.

10.1 All notifications made by Qingxun under this Agreement can be sent to users through website announcements, mobile phone text messages, etc., and such notifications shall be deemed to have been delivered to the user on the date of sending.

10.2 Users understand and agree that all commercial information provided by Qingxun to the user can be provided through website announcements, mobile phone text messages, etc. However, mobile phone commercial text messages will not be sent in the following circumstances:
10.2.1 If users do not explicitly agree to this Agreement, it shall be deemed as refusal to accept;
10.2.2 If users agree and explicitly refuse to accept, it shall be deemed as refusal to accept.

11.1 If users have any questions (including questions, complaints, etc.) regarding this Agreement or matters related to the use of Qingxun products and/or services, they may give feedback through a dedicated email address provided by Qingxun, and Qingxun hopes to provide a satisfactory solution for users:
11.1.1 Dedicated email address: customerservice@notice.translatego.net, through which users can contact Qingxun;

11.2 Qingxun will respond to users as soon as possible after receiving their feedback.

12.1 The interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China in mainland China. Any dispute related to this Agreement shall be settled through consultation between the two parties hereto. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court where Hangzhou Qingxun Technology Co., Ltd. is located.

12.2 This Agreement is available on the official website: http://translatego.net/ The Agreement shall come into effect from the date of update.
